Guide of conductive materials
Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) is an essential element for all electronic equipment.
The function of a conductive gasket is to preserve electrical continuity in the EMC shielding.
The filler used for our conductive silicone gaskets is adjusted according to the desired
electromagnetic performance and the environment in which your equipment is located.
The conductive particles (10 to 40 microns) that constitute the filler of our conductive
mixtures (between 60 and 80% filler rate) allow you to acquire optimal EMC shielding.
Our conductive elastomer are developed in all respects by our chemical engineers.
From the selection of raw materials to the final transformation, they produce specific
formulations for each request and master all the development processes and procedures.
This mastery allows us to define the ideal material according to your equipment and your
specifications, in order to offer you a bespoke conductive solution adapted to your needs.
The three guarantees of our • Electrical continuity performance
conductive elastomers • Mechanical performance
• Extreme temperature resistance
Available formats
Our know-how and our support policy also involve taking into account your constraints and tolerances, which
is why all of our EMC solutions can be custom-made according to your specific plans and manufacturing
processes within short lead times.
Our materials are also available in various standard formats such as sheets, extruded profiles, O-rings, molded
into shape, cut to size or even directly integrated into your equipment.
