Thermally conductive electrical insulators

Thermally conductive electrical insulators are used for component/heat sink interface mounting.

They offer many advantages over conventional greased materials. They eliminate the problems associated with the use
of silicone grease.

These elastomers are reinforced with glass cloth, are flexible and absorb differences in flatness between the component
and the heat sink.
